Orange Immunity Booster Smoothie
Following on from my blog post last week How Stress Affects Your Immune System, here is smoothie recipe which will help support and strengthen your immune system.
It is packed full of Vitamin C and Vitamin A . It also includes calcium, iron, protein, ginger and tumeric all of which will support the immune system and give it a little boost over the cooler months.
