Naturopathy for Anxiety
The first place we start is not medication or supplements. Whilst treatment like this can help I find its a solution for the symptoms but not the cause. I believe we need to address the cause, as well as the symptoms, to give you a long-term wellness solution.
So, the first place we start is by looking for clues in your health history.
This search may start with questions like…
What are the mental and physical symptoms you are experiencing?
Do the symptoms and feelings surge at certain times of the day or from certain triggers?
Has it always been this way? If not, when did it start?
Have you noticed any patterns in your anxiety symptoms and triggers?
Are you sleeping well? Eating well? Feeling well? If not, describe what’s going on for you.
When was your last blood test for Iron levels, B Vitamin levels, Hormones, Cortisol, Stress Hormones? What were the results?
