Where are consultations held?

Currently face-to-face consultations are run out of Living Balance Health clinic in Brighton (Brisbane Northside) in Queensland, Australia.

Alternatively consultations can be conducted via phone or online via Skype/Zoom. I will send you the details prior to our appointment.

How long are consultations?

·      For initial consultations please allow 1 hour.

·      For your first follow up, please allow 45 minutes.

·      Subsequent follow ups, please allow 30 minutes.

·      If you are a returning client that I haven’t seen for 6 months or over please allow 1 hour.

How long are Personal Training sessions?

All Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes.

How do I pay?

For face to face consultations payment is made at the time of your appointment via eftpos, credit card or cash. 

For skype and phone consultations payment is made prior to your appointment via bank transfer or credit card.

Can I claim Private Health Rebates for Naturopathy consultations?

Yes, for face-to-face consultations private health rebates are claimable either via HICAPS or I can give you a receipt to claim directly with your health fund. Please check with your Private Health provider to find out if your policy enables you to claim this service.

Currently for online and phone consultations, health fund rebates are not available.

Is my payment refundable?

All payments are non-refundable however they are transferrable. All consultations or personal training sessions, which are purchased as a single consultation, or session must be used within 3 months of original purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

Any consultations or personal training sessions that are cancelled with 24 hours will incur 100% of the fee and any prepaid sessions will be forfeited.
