About Elizabeth Agrapidis

Hi! I am Elizabeth Agrapidis and I am a licensed paediatric physical therapist and a certified teacher.  I have been working with children and families since 1998. It was my dream to be a physical therapist since I was 17 years old and I saw a soap commercial where a child with Down Syndrome learned to walk on a balance beam with the help of a therapist and he was so happy at the end of the commercial!  I didn’t buy the soap, but it shaped my career and my life.

I started my own business AbiliFit and my goal to be able to share this knowledge with new and expecting parents all over the world and change the way you are able to get information, increase your confidence about what your child needs, and help guide you in giving them what they need. I look forward to serving you and helping you feel confident and empowered in your journey through parenthood
