5 Quick & Healthy Breakfast Recipes For Busy People

Sometimes we rush out the door and don’t even eat breakfast! Either because we haven’t given ourselves enough time or simply put other people before us. For some skipping breakfast, it can leave us feeling tired, lethargic and unable to concentrate. You may be someone who does intermittent fasting and that is cool but it’s not suitable for everyone (that’s another conversation!).

As a busy mum myself, I meal prep something on Sunday and eat the same breakfast for the next couple of days and rotate my recipes so I don't get bored with eating the same thing. Towards the end of the week if there is nothing left I go for something that is super easy to make like a smoothie and eat it on the run!
